I have to say I love this product. I am 33 and have two kids. I started running about 2 years ago. As my workouts intensity increased I noticed some leakage (the joys of giving birth). For the summer my workouts switched from morning to nights. Hot days lots of water and hot runs even more water created a major issue for me. The Fannypants-Freedom are my solution. As for size, I am 5' 125lbs. For reference, in Victory Secrete I buy a large. In Hanes a medium is tight on me but a large is too big. I bought the Fannypants-Freedom in a medium and they are a little big on me. The small is a little tight. However I can wear both. Lastly I wanted to say the company has FANTASTIC customer service! and are extremely helpful.

I have to say that this company is on to something and I don't think you are going to find a better design in incontinence undies than what this company is offering. I actually like they way they look and feel on me better than my actual underwear! If I had the budget, I would only wear these. I'm still in my teen years, and I struggle with stress incontinence, also known as "athletic leaks." Being a martial artist, I move my body in a lot of different ways, and disposable incontinence pads just weren't cutting it for me (to no fault of their own, however -- they just aren't designed for that). I feel much more secure when wearing fannypants and they seemed to be designed to cater to extremely dynamic activity. I'm looking forward to trying out their other designs that are actually designed for athletics. Now, why the three stars? Because though the underwear themselves are great, they have some quality control issues with their pads. The pads seem to be a pretty big part of the fannypants design so that's why I'm letting it affect the rating in this way, especially since they are so darn expensive. First of all, I should say that the pads do work and do what they are suppose to. They are extremely absorbant and they are great at concealing unpleasant odor. My complaint is that they are often not sewn very well, or they have an opening in the seam. The first time this happened, it was rather small, so I decided not to make an issue of it. The second time this happened, they opening was huge. I called up the company asking for a replacement and they were super accommodating and sent a replacement, no questions asked. I got it 4 days later and saw that is was larger than all the other pads I have ordered. Not sure if there are suppose to be different sizes or what, but this affected how the pad fit in the underwear by preventing it from laying flat, which of course feels awkward. So, quality control issues with the pads. I think the product may be worth the trouble if this ends up happening again, but at the same time, I'm hoping this problem is fixed because I overall really like the product and would like to see this company succeed (and hopefully become more affordable! haha just kidding)

So far so good. These underwear have just saved me! I am training for a marathon and stress incontinence was making it very difficult, embarrassing and stressful. I bought these and the Smartwear design and they have held up well on 6 mile runs and 14 mile runs. I just purchased three more pairs.

I am 30, have fibromyalgia, no children, and the brand new symptom of urge incontinence, which is a little different than the more typical for my age, exercise-related incontinence. Wearing underwear is often difficult for me because all the elastic tends to set of tender points, so finding a solution has been very tricky, and has resulted in changing and washing pants a lot. For a person without fibromyalgia, I would highly recommend these. They were super at preventing any leakage through to the pants under extremely trying circumstances, and the pad design is very convenient. The only drawback to the pad, though it is very comfy and not particularly noticeable from the outside, is that it makes a person feel a bit dowdy. For persons with fibromyalgia, the top elastic was fine, the leg elastic hit some tender points, which leaves this underwear the pair to be used when the others are in the wash. I also tried the Paris style, and the lace completely avoids the sensitive areas, which makes the Paris style more of a winner for me, personally. Either way, very effective underwear, even for rather significant incontinence episodes.
