Adult disposable incontinence products are the 3rd largest consumer item found in United States landfills.

The staggering landfill statistics result from incontinence products use of over 30 million Americans suffering from urinary incontinence. I’ve been a Fanny Pants customer for approx. 6 months. I have mild to moderate urinary incontinence from a total removal of my prostate about 7 years ago. I just purchased a new men’s Freedom brief. I have been using the Denali brief with very good results. I wanted another color besides white and the Freedom color is black and the fabric is like a spandex lycra material. The pads fit both the Denali and Freedom briefs. I’ve only worn the Freesom for a couple of days and am extremely satisfied.
