You may return any item shipped by Fannypants®, as long as it meets the following conditions:
We do not accept items back that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for refund for underwear and pads. For customer care on damages and defects, please contact email@example.com or phone 703-953-3099.
Example: Wrong size.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: 703-953-3099 about return for exchange due to wrong size. We will issue you a return authorization number. Please keep packing slips with note for exchange for right size. Return shipping to Fannypants® is not reimbursable. We will ship out new exchanged items to you at no additional charge in 2-3 days followed by email and tracking numbers.
Underwear and Pads
For hygienic reasons, ALL underwear and pads are FINAL. They can only be exchanged/returned if the product received is damaged. All returns/exchanges requests should be sent to email@example.com within 16 days of delivery date. Please return with packing slip and reason for return. Fannypants® will refund/exchange the product after receiving it back and confirming the damage or defect.
Returns and exchanges must be in their original condition (not used, worn, washed, damaged or altered) and must contain all of its original tags and packaging slips. We cannot guarantee exchange or refund of products that have been washed or used. All returns/exchanges requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 16 days of delivery date.
